Monroe Martial Arts After School Program

Our After School Program is the only program of its’ kind in the area! Why is our program so popular? Because we are not a daycare or babysitting service. Our program is first and foremost about quality Martial Arts Instruction and physical fitness. Children participating in this program perform two hours of Martial Arts daily.

This program has been designed to assist parents with the tough job of giving your child the tools and skills needed to overcome their daily obstacles. Whether it be getting bullied at school, a lack of focus on school work or self-confidence issues, Monroe Martial Arts can help your child become a self-confident leader.

We will eliminate some of the worry from your workday. You will not longer have to worry about the school calling you at work to ask why your child hasn't been picked up. We transport the children from their schools and deliver them safely to our school for an afternoon of fun, learning and martial arts! You won't have to worry about using vacation hours for school holidays and teacher workdays either, because we will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. on those days to meet your working needs, including Spring Break! This summer you won't have to worry either, because we offer an affordable Summer Camp program complete with field trips. You won't have to worry about paying when your child is absent. This is a week-to-week program, so if your child is absent for a week, you don't pay for it. If you have already paid for the week and your child becomes ill, we will credit the unused portion to the next week. Three days constitutes a week at our school. The children will not only get exercise during the martial arts class, but they will learn discipline, manners and respect for teachers, parents, friends and themselves. They will learn self-esteem by earning belt ranks. This helps them feel self-confident and develop a "Yes I can!" attitude that will carry over into school, home and sports. In the martial arts, we call this "Black Belt Excellence!"
